Being refined flour and refined sugars, the body digests them very fast. So what happens is that hunger appears again right away with what we will continue to add calories to the body that will end, if not burn, to accumulate as a fat.
So not only to look good six pack this summer should serve us with exercise. Taking care of what we bring to our mouth is essential when it comes to achieving amazing results. We simply have to mentalise ourselves and adapt our eating habits to the goals we want to achieve.
